Our company New England Timber LLC is a fully insured timber harvesting company with years of experience. The company specializes in selective harvests, and salvage cuts, with capabilities to land clear and stump.
I am looking for trees of any species; we do everything from small acreage to buying large tracts of timber suitable for lumber that will help supply the needs of America. Ive wrote chapter 61 Forest Management Plans which reduces property taxes from 75-95%, on woodland.
Our company follows Massachusetts timber harvesting laws because we care about timber for future generations. Trees are one of America’s renewable resources.
The first step would be a free appraisal, which includes a written estimate of the footage dollar value you will receive, references, and a certificate of insurance. You can also see several lots that our company has completed.

I selectively mark each tree to be harvested. The landowner reserves the right to inspect the marking prior to harvesting.
To ensure landowner confidence, all the work is written in a contract and is carried out to state law specifications. Our jobs are supervised by me, a professional forester with a degree in forestry. Further, our jobs are inspected by the state forester prior to, during, and upon completion of the work.
